Copper engraving in beautiful coloring from the period. Engraving dimensions: mm 1340x1590. Open map: mm1360x1590. On 40 sheets applied on canvas of the period and repeatedly folded, with red borders. Title, author and date in the scroll on the right towards the center. Down on the right map of North America (mm 520x450). At the top in the center, map legend with the list of all the routes covered by the streamboats through the United States of America. Below on the left, statistic chart of the United States of America, whereas at the bottom, orographic overview of the mountains and hills of the United States of America with 31 references and altitude profiles (mm 165x315).



Very light brownings scattered, but beautiful map in excellent condition.
