2 volumi in-4° (225x145). Il primo dei due volumi è scompleto. Costole non più conservate. Nota autografa di Tolstoj (o della mogliè) al frontespizio del primo volume. Si legge il nome del pittore e poeta polacco “Jan Styka” e quello di “Leon Tolstoj”. Tra le pagine si conserva anche una cartolina postale non viaggiata raffigurante Jan Stika “Cavaliere della Legion d’onore e membro dell’Accademia di S. Luca a Roma”.
