In-folio (mm 268x192). Leaves [14], CLII. Title page printed in red and black, with beautiful woodcut frame showing saints, martyrs and fantastic characters on black background. Two signs of censorship on the title page, some humidity spots at the beginning and minor foxing, otherwise good copy. 19th Century binding made in the 16th Century style, in full leather with decoration on the plates.



Rare edition of the Geographia by Strabone with the text translated in latin by Gregorio Tifernate and Guarino Veronese.  Cfr. Adams S-1901.
